This course teaches construction supervisors how to plan and conduct engaging toolbox talks that promote the importance of workplace safety and training.
Upon Completing this course, the students will be able to

List the responsibilities of a competent person.
State best practices for recording and archiving toolbox talks
Describe effective methods for preparing and delivering an engaging toolbox talk.
Explain where to perform a talk box and how to assess the value and effectiveness of a toolbox talk.
Discuss how to avoid common errors while presenting a toolbox talk.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
100% attendance of this course is required to gain certification. Students must attend the full training course and are expected on time as per Quantum Safety’s rules.
Quantum Safety expects that its students must be able to demonstrate that they have achieved the learning outcomes. Every student must pass a final exam before certification, and achieve at least a 65% passing grade—final exams can be attempted as many times as necessary by a student to gain certification.
LATENESS AND ABSENCES POLICY
Furthermore, 30 minutes will be considered the minimum allowance for lateness. Any student who is absent for any training day or who shows up 30 minutes after the scheduled starting time will be asked to schedule a make-up training day for the contact hours of the day.
